Your app is stupid and you guys are irresponsible. This is second time i did not get the food. I need to starve because of you. If you could not deliver food you should intimate it priorly so that we can plan accordingly. I should have realised then, when you guys failed to deliver the food. Its my bad i trusted you again. Could not think you can go so down to not lifting the phone like a coward. Shame on you! I am uninstalling the app and flagging it. Good bye.

The online food delivery is limited to lb Nagar and vanasthalipuram while
they are connected to particular service providers, the hotelier must be
sure of route and would have taken care while asking for bus details. It's
very unprofessional and not planned. Was waiting so long for food and they
even texted order acknowledgement, but came to know later that the doesn't
travel in that route. It's waste of time, and shameful on them for false
commitments.
