The wallpaper looks somewhat raw (due to the asymmetry of the image and lower dots incomplete displaying perhaps; the logic of splitting shapes responsible for minutes representation into two rows while packing all the fragments depicting hours into a single field is also unclear), there's no seconds visualization and 24 hours format option and it would be more entertaining if the time was calculated by summarizing the values of different colors, not just by counting their number.
