Todavía le falta desarrollo, sobretodo para celulares con pantalla pequeña. No me deja ver, o bajar para aprobar la asignación de citas médicas, ni aprobar el envío de autorizaciones. También debería tener una opción para que asignen las citas de laboratorio. Están muy atrasados con respecto a otras EPS, tanto en la app como en la página web. Y mas ahora con lo del virus COVID-19 que todo debe ser virtual!! Muy mal app

De las peores aplicaciones que he conocido. Lenta, se montan las fotos y a menudo salen errores y toca realizar nuevamente el proceso. Increíble que no deje adjuntar documentos escaneados y lo peor no notifica nada sobre las respuestas de las solicitudes. Una vergüenza de app. Una herramienta mal diseñada e inútil para dar respuesta a las personas en medio de esta pandemia. Terrible

Es la peor basura de aplicación. Mi celular es nuevo, instala y se queda en el código. Voy a extender una queja a la superintendencia de salud por brindar medios engañosos a través de los cuales no se puede pedir ni una cita ni una autorización. De todo lo que le roban a la gente, deberían al menos contratar un buen programador. Tras de corruptos, mediocres.

Pude transcribir la incapacidad, no le coloco 5 estrellas porque no permite enviar documentos ni imágenes en ese trámite, solo deja tomar fotos y fue complicado conseguir dónde imprimir en cuarentena para luego tomarle las fotos.
