The app is a good concept, but still needs a lot of work to resolve syncing issues. I've been working with support for months, but they're under resourced and I often don't get fixes. Days between responses means that the original problem has changed or if since sold the crypto that isn't working. Not sure the app has ever reflected the correct balance for all my cryptos, but it gets close. Can take days to sync in some cases. Screen layout not so good when screen zoom/font adjustments are used

Got to agree with Bates review. The potential is huge, yet there are numerous issues with imported data, and most annoyingly no way to amend exchange data other than the price. No way to set "Total Cost" for All Assets, where is the obvious place. Although using paid version, am using the website mostly as not enough being displayed. But still very good despite serious bugs. Don't ask me to send email etc with suggestions,you have them here. Telegram Admin bans on any critique.

Horrible customer service. I took the free trial period of 3 days. I had some questions about the app and I contacted customer support via email because apparently they don't have a phone support line. A Representative asked me what the issue was And I explained in detail what it was and to this day have never heard back from them. I can never do business with a company that in my eyes doesn't take customer support seriously. I have canceled my membership!

Month's free trial but automatically charges you for a year's subscription after 2 days, whether you like it or not and there's no way to get it refunded. Disgustingly predatory approach and essentially a scam. I'm appalled that this is allowed on the Google Play store. Avoid unless you want to get ripped off.

So close! But so far away... I need just ONE feature added to make this app actually useful. Allow me to see the DOLLAR amount I hold in my portfolio when viewing the CoinStats Widget. The Widget is lacking in options to customize what you want to see on your home screen, this is VERY important so I know when my money has grown to an amount I'm satisfied with.

paid for the pro version. charged my card... the browser version and the app version aren't upgrading my account status. no response from customer support as of yet. Response to Dev: Not really resolved. After several days i finally received a response from support and they said I would need to contact google as they can take payments from Google store... so... no clue... ended up paying twice... setup an account on the web site and it now works in both app and web site but i was still charged twice... oh well. App isn't that great anyway... major problems and inacurate information being reported. Writing my own desktop application to give me stats on my assets. Hows the saying go? Want something done right, gotta do it yourself... Will be taking the few good ideas in your app i like and properly implementing them into a secure open source desktop application everyone can have.
