This app is garbage. High transfer costs, I paid $96 to transfer like $30 worth of etherum. Can't connect the bank account...only wire transfers( so your bank will charge you that money). Also, their prices are way off than the market prices. I will suggest to stay away from this as much as possible. This however seem easy to use.

I was able to login no problem and add 3 dollars from a gift card, my issue is the authentication code isn't working and they said due to high demand volume will get back to you between 4-7business day's. I just want to delete my account now, they have our information and acting like this. If I don't get any answers soon I will be calling my lawyer.

I must be honest, I'm having terrible experience with this app and even the site. I only give a try if it'll be reliable. I have some money received in the wallet but unable to login. I've tried everything they ask for, but still terrible experience. I think this app is completely a scam, stealing people's money. I'll keep trying to see maybe one day it'll open so that I'll withdraw my money and never receive money into it anymore. So frustrating.

okay join at your own risk! I received some referral rewards and I had to open an account with them to receive them so I did. Upon receiving them I couldn't withdraw them, I couldn't add my bank, I couldn't withdraw after receiving more funds from an external address. The customer service is hard to get to, the issues go on and on. There's a fee of almost as much as I was trying to withdraw to sell my Bitcoin to US dollars. Just a big rip off. Stick to cash app or coin base.

Got the app, added funds, am unable to transfer or withdraw funds. Warning, do not add money to this app. You will never get it off. It always says the site is down for maintenance. I have missed over 750% profits, as I could not buy what I wanted and now the price has increased. Stay well away. Almost like a scam.

this is stupid. im loging in my app it always says need to login in my browser first but if i try to log in it always says error in my browser.. and every time i m loging in in the app same error saying we send you a verification in your email..i just uninstall it now.it waste a lot of my time loging in but cant log in😐😑😑😐
