The app is weird and sluggish. But more over the service offered by this company is decent at best. Most rooms may seem overpriced. They have strict policies around the date of rent payment. But personally I have experienced that they don't keep their end of the deal. Despite following their rules I am yet to receive my security deposit. I have heard from my past neighbors as well that they are very untrustworthy when it comes to refunding cash. Otherwise mostly a decent experience.

Avoid at any cost. They will tell you rules of stay. And then flout those rules themselves. For example, they deducted my security on the grounds of informing about notice period late but haven't followed the policy of paying Security within a month. They have no rules. Just money making badly maintained hugely priced properties.

It has been over a month since I moved out and there has been no refund of my security. I have sent multiple emails, texted and even tried calling them. No concrete reponse so far. They have even stopped responding to emails. I would never recommend anyone to use their services. It was a good experience at first but then the food they served started to suck and there was no response despite multiple complaints from multiple residenta. And now they won't even refund my money.

The app is exclusively for the residents. The app has made payment of rent easy. The notification section updates about the upcoming community events. Even the coupon section helps to save a lot.

The app is great with awesome UI and things like paying rent , coupon & ticket system for maintenance is great. Love the application.
