Was unable to confirm tickets after reservation, as the Confirm button did not appear in app. Helpline mobile contact under FAQ was switched off. Wrote an email. Went to the website and realised the dates of confirmation had been changed (1st May to 8th May) and the FAQ guide had not been updated. So I post here to inform in case others have the same issues.

am queuing to get in now and wanted to retrieve the tickets from the app but it says need to update but the update takes forever and still pending....how to retrieve my tickets?? i tested it was still working yesterday!! just as i am getting in...it becomes like that.

Looks like the developer keep updating the apps and it gets worse. No confirm button now. Could it be we need to wait until 30th April so that the next update will have the confirm button reinstalled for us to confirm from 1st May to 8th May. Why so troublesome?

It is still before 30 April, I have reserved tickets, but upon logging in to see my tickets, the only button option is to "cancel". There is no button to "confirm" at all.
