Cogniss Brain Age provides a suite of fun games that help you stay cognitively active as you age. All it takes is a few minutes each day!

To get the most out of Cogniss Brain Age, we recommend you kick off each day with a short session. You’ll earn Brain Points for every session you complete. The more Brain Points you earn, the more rewards you’ll unlock. We'll also give you a daily challenge to help keep you mentally sharp.

We collaborate with renowned scientists studying the lifetime impact of cognitive training. Unlike most other brain training programs, our games target specific cognitive processing domains related to age-associated cognitive change: Spatial Working Memory, Rapid Visual Processing and Paired Associates Learning.

You’ll be challenged with short, five-minute workouts that jump between each of the cognitive domains. The more exercises you complete, the more Cogniss Brain Age tailors the workouts to your specific needs. If the exercises feel too hard or too easy to start with, the activities will adapt to your abilities.
