The app seems to be okay but needs some improvements like there is no help / contact us option. The app doesn't provide a option to either edit or cancel your order. I have placed an order 2 days ago and need to change the order and I am stuck now. Also the minimum delivery order amount of Rs. 4500 is a little on I higher side. Except for that the app appears neat. Caution:- the order placed 15 days ago still no revert. Re-review:- After unlock the delivery was immediately executed. Liked it.

Great app and I loved it!!! Frankly speaking I thought this app is kinda fake app advertising on social media platforms just to increase the downloads and get some ads.. I gave it try and ordered 3 bottles of Rum, whisky and vodka.. Next day I got a call frm them and said my order is ready and guy asked for nearest landmark and within half an hour he came to my place with the order 😱... I checked all the lables and markings to verify that its genuine and made in Maharashtra and not Goa..

Not working. Placed the order but not delivered. And no update from them. Update: they responded next day and delivery was completed within 30 mins after the call. They need to be more compliant with the order delivery time. Otherwise nice app. Update: minimum purchase amount is very high

The app interface is good. Initially it might show processing however the order is totally delivery free. When compared to other delivery partners the cost seems quite proper. The order might take longer to deliver, in my instance there was a 24 hour delay but I got a call for order confirmation. Thanks

It seems to be a testing app. Orders placed turns to be completed and when the helpline number is contacted its cancelled from the backend. Its better to stay off from such malicious app.

Jhoom is an online platform for delivery of alcoholic as well as non alcoholic beverages at your doorstep.

You can order your favourite drinks from this app and pay on delivery. You are required to be above the minimum legal drinking age in your region.

All deliveries are conducted by the authorised & licensed vendors.

How the app works?

Step 1-

Simply choose the required alcoholic products and place an order (you don’t need to make payment while placing orders on our website & mobile app).

Step 2-

Your order is delivered by an authorised delivery person from a licensed and regulated alcohol store. The delivery person will check your age and govt issued alcohol permit for consumption.

Once satisfied, the delivery person hands you the order. Please check all the items you have ordered

Step 3-

When you have checked your order and happy with it, please pay the amount to the delivery person by cash or by UPI. Only pay for the items you have received and applicable delivery charges (if any). Do NOT pay any amount before receiving the items.
