Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Grooma on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.

Find & Book a Grooma
Groomas matching your booking request will respond within a few minutes. You can then select a Grooma and pick the individual services you would like to book. Once your booking has been confirmed, you can track your Grooma while you wait to be groomed.

Once your booking has been confirmed, your Grooma practitioner will come to the location you have specified, at the agreed time.

You will be notified when your Grooma is on their way and can track their location whilst they travel.

Secure payment
Before requesting a Grooma, you can securely process payment directly via the integrated app payment gateway. Your card details will be stored on your device and can be saved for future reference and ease of checkout.

Your Preferences
Specify your health conditions to inform your Grooma of any allergies or sensitivities.

Refer a Friend
You can invite up to x5 friends to join Grooma and receive a discount promo code.

Rate your Grooma
Rate and comment on your Grooma's service after the booking. Top rated Groomas will be prioritised based on customer feedback, ensuring that expectations are met and fully transparent.
