Very bad experience. Cannot reset password as OTP is never recieved in email. Neither in spam nor in inbox. If not improved, it will die a slow natural death

There is so much bugs. When my order was on delivery, i cannot even call the delivery agent although it has the "Call" button. When i pressed the call button, the page says retry and nothing else. My order did not come even after 1hour. Worst experience.
