Transform any images into an impressive cartoon pic that looks just like an image from a comic book. Pick the image from your gallery or use the build-in camera feature to take a new picture and use it to apply the filters.


Cartoon Photo Art Features Include:

* Crop, rotate and invert your images: before applying the filters, you have the possibility to crop the image to any height and width. Choose from the predefined aspect ratios or use the free one to move the handles to any position.

* Image Effects: Apply cool cartoon and comic photo effects that includes: comic, clean cartoon, notorious cartoon, pencil toon sketch, pencil colors, bricks blend, wooden blend and a lot more.

* Enhance photo: Use this option to apply enhancements filters to the image. You can use it in conjunction with the effects or alone. Some enhancers: Contrast, Brightness, Saturation and Temperature levels control, color fix, sharpen, sepia, light, negative and vignette.

* Frames: Over 20+ photo frames to add. Just swipe left and right the frames horizontal bar to locate more. Click on the frame to apply it to the image.
