I used this app for passport photos, and printed it on the correct sized paper this app recommended to use. I sent all documentation to renew my passport, with the printed photo I got using this app, and low and behold I received an email saying the processing of my passport renewal application will be delayed until I send a correctly sized photograph. The picture didn't come out 2x2 inches, apparently. Wouldn't use this app. Luckily getting my passport asap isn't an issue, or else I'd really be screwed.
