This new version is a long way from the simplicity of the previous version. The previous version was very simple and self explanatory. Each Tacfit workouts was easily labeled and you could just tap on that work out and the rest was easy. This new version Sucks. I loved the older/previous version. Wish it were still available. Just because you can reinvent the wheel doesn't mean you necessarily need to.

The app has been updated recently with new programs. It is coming along nicely and its simplicity makes it very nice to use. I also like the ability to record data (in app purchase to record many sessions). Thanks for the updates.

The times are set so that you have to do all the prescribed sets of one exercise before moving to the next... Instead of doing every exercise once in a circuit fashion and repeat the circuit for the prescribed number of sets... It makes it unusable... Also, would be nice to add the name of the exercise at the start command, with some motivational messages... But this after fixing the main flaw... Great idea though...!

I'm just starting TacFit and this is a great tool. I'd like to see the Qual program as an option. I also would prefer beeps to the voice notification.

Excellent App, could do with translation of headings for the variations of TACFIT such as Fire Station Workout I have to search through to find the right protocol.
