GEAR UP- Adventure, Safety & Rescue Solutions was founded in 2006 by Saadia Sami - an adventure enthusiast and Major Baasir Hanif, an ex-army officer. The store offered branded and non-branded products for the campers, trekkers, rock climbers, mountaineers, anglers and extreme sports enthusiasts. The selection of products, accessories and multifarious itineraries was done on the recommendations of our professional outdoor experts backed up by the users, having collective experience on seven continents, the highest mountains, hottest deserts, tempestuous seas, turbulent rivers, placid lakes and deepest caves. The individuals and families were offered comprehensive “Adventure Solutions”, thereby helping them to enjoy the comforts while discovering nature. Our products and accessories will not let you down when you need them most, i.e, when a replacement is not at hand and the conditions are most demanding. We believe that:

Due to the natural calamities that hit Pakistan Gear Up expanded its fields of operation to include premier brands of fall protection and rescue products needed to safely and successfully save lives. We offer products legendary for their comfort, ease of use, adjustability, durability and reliability. We provide equipment to training facilities; public utility companies; tower erector companies, oil exploration companies, search & rescue organizations, local and international NGOs, as well as federal and state agencies.
The demand to provide our products to the users in remote and far flung areas was met by Gear Up by establishing a supply chain.
