Tried to add camera but unable to via Wifi or any other means... I plugged in ethernet cable hopeful to get it configured via LAN as per instruction but the option isn't shown in the app... what gives?

Video and photo not recording. Cloud service is not working. Camera is losing signal all the time. Camera manufacturers not answering. Don't buy!

Utter garbage. Cannot connect to camera or even get the app to advance to the qr code stage of the connection process. This apps total failure to function at even the most basic level means that the camera we bought is nothing more than a paper weight. Avoid at all costs!
