Won't let me create a login and set up my vin

Seems like an app that is easy and simple to use once you are able to log in. However, my problem is that I tried creating a new profile, I entered my e-mail address, but I keep getting the following error message: "Please enter a valid e-mail address". But it IS valid. I was able to skip the login step and enter my car information, but I'd like to be able to login.

App works fine. All my info is in there. Good backup to BCAA.Coverage is good and worry free. The app gives all the details. No app is perfect. The naysayers more than likely entered their VIN incorrectly. It is important to get that right.

Says my VIN is not in their system. Yet if I call the Hyundai direct they can get me the road side assistance I need. So the app is useless to me. There goes the convenience of self serve.

App is garbage. Bought my car in October, Delivery was January and it still states my car is not in the system. Car is ok but the admin. for the company sucks.
