Tarifa Taxi 507 es una completa aplicación (valida por 30 días) capaz de calcular la tarifa de taxi en la ciudad de Panamá. Resuelve el problema del complicado cálculo de la tarifa de taxi (actualmente se tiene cerca de 15,000 combinaciones), evitando la discrecionalidad en la tarifa.

- Multilenguaje (español e inglés).
- No requiere conexión a datos para mostrar resultados.
Calcula los cargos y los desglosa en:
- Base
- Pasajero
- Cambio de Zona
- Cambio de Sub zona
- Nocturno (10:00 pm a 5:00 am)
- Domingo
- Día Feriado.
- Discrecionales cuando los puntos de inicio y destino son sectores (Norte y Sur).
- Contiene una Base de Datos de cerca de mil localidades de la ciudad de Panamá.
- El usuario no tiene que teclear su posición o destino, toda la operación se realiza a través de listas clasificadas en calles, avenidas, barridas, hospitales, etc.
- Dentro de las listas existe la opción de GPS lo que permite realizar la ubicación sin la selección por parte del usuario.
- Muestra el cargo total y su desglose según las posibles rutas (el primer cargo se muestra en base a la ruta más lógica).
- A requerimiento del usuario se puede visualizar sobre un mapa de la ciudad de Panamá (google maps) y alrededores con los polígonos de zonas, sub zonas y sectores transitados según la ruta escogida.

- Realiza el cálculo de la tarifa de taxi tomando en cuenta elementos como: lugar de inicio, lugar de destino y cantidad de pasajeros.
- El usuario no tiene que teclear su posición o destino, toda la operación se realiza a través de listas clasificadas en calles, avenidas, barridas, hospitales, etc.

La Gaceta Oficial digital emitida el 5 de septiembre del 2011 ampara la resolución AL-1198 (30 de agosto del 2011) que establece la tarifa del transporte selectivo en el área metropolitana (Distrito de Panamá y San Miguelito).
