Unprofessional people. 1. This is about both this app and CEO of Cloud Bar Ravi Verma. A lady named Akriti Saxena had posted a request on Facebook that they need an App designer on low budget for Cloud Bar. I accepted this request and designed a free sample for these people. I spent significant time on design. After getting the design, these people stopped responding to my mails and ignored my call. Ravi Verma replied with just a "Yes" to my question if they received my design or not, earlier he'd respond quickly. They probably stole my design, but I will sue if my design would be used without my permission. Both Akriti Saxena and Ravi Verma have stopped responding to me. 2. This app doesn't work, it doesn't go beyond asking phone number. When I asked about this from Ravi Verma, he said that their app was not working for that particular day (doesn't make sense). After 4 days I received a reply that "the design wasn't as per their expectation", that's how this "CEO" replied, even without being thankful that they received a free sample. It was a very dull, unprofessional way of conveying the message. Stay alert from these people, they might mislead or even scam you.

I have paid Rs 4245 to avail the vault cafe deal and my money has been deducted. It's reflecting no where no deals no purchase history. My order id 60291 SUCKS!! just wasted my money. My issue has been resolved by cloud bar agent (Sagar yadav). So thank you so much. Right now I'm giving 3 stars and I'll make it 5 after availing my deal at vault cafe cp on 26th oct.
