Try to take a pic of the receipt and a portrait orientation comes up landscape (!) with no way to fix it, so it's unusable. Then try to find code and you need a YouTube video to show you where and a magnifying glass to see it. Then they want all your personal info - name, address, phone, age, without any statement or assurance or guarantee they are not going to sell it to someone else! So it's not user friendly OR consumer friendly.

I can't log in with facebook. All I get is an endless spinning circle. I tried to create an account. I entered the required information. Another endless spinning circle. Uninstalled app. It is no good to me if I can't sign up!

I love this app.I care for and foster well over 5 cats.I use this product because,it is the only cat liter that completly takes the cat smell away!The app has helped me recieve 2 free boxes of liter,When I care for so many cats it is so expensive.Now,the one thing that I dont like is ,They have no coupons ever and if you want coupons you have to use ypur paw points.?????Otherwise I love the app and the product is the best!

Great product! We've been using FreshStep for 14 years now and just started with the app. Our cats love it and our friends always comment that they never knew we had cats because their are no odors in our home.

I spend a lot of money on litter so I appreciate being able to use points for boxes of free litter. However, I have problems with getting points on purchases made online from Walmart. I have tried about 5 times to get points for 4 boxes but was never credited. That is the only disappointment I have with Paw Points. This is why I changed my 5 star rating to now give only 4 stars.

Can't Redeem My Points! I love freshstep and the paw points reward program but I am having trouble redeeming my points. I keep getting an error message. I deleted and reinstalled the app but it didn't help. What do I need to do to fix this issue?
