I wouldn't recommend in its present form. There are stages in the sign up process missing so you aren't told that you need to go to your e mail to verify. The app itself is confusing - how do I set a goal for breathlessness??? Wouldn't everyone set the same goal for that ie no symptoms. Is there a time frame for the goals? Am I supposed to assume that the time frame is the recovery time I was asked to predict earlier? This way of presenting goals made me feel I would get better if I worked harder. That was demoralising and misleading if I cycle every day will I feel better when I have tried a short cycle ride I have felt worse for few days. . The graphs for each system for each day were too much.

Once you have signed up, you can find your Verification code in your spam folder. I was disappointed, as it appears to have information and videos, from "experts", who appear to know little about Long Covid, For example, my main issue, is concentrating for more than 30 mins causes head pressure, and then extreme fatigue for up to 72 hours after. There is just general info on how to help with Brain Fog, and seperately on Fatigue. Nothing on how to help the link between the two, in my case!

Used it while in testing as a Web link and found it useful. However, this is clunky and needs de-bugging. I just had to scroll through 54 years and 11 months of calendar to put my date of birth in as there is no override for year. And although I got my signup and verification email, it falls over on the first question for filling in your profile and won't let you skip it. Please fix as its potentially really useful and I would really like to use it!

This app should be helping people who are ill. Instead it's a shocker of an app with zero testing. Type in all your details, including 500 taps to input DOB. Click the submit to get "server error" message. Hit submit again and get "email address is already registered". Try & log in "email address isn't verified". Cannot verify because I couldn't complete the submission because of "server error". Repeat x3. Still can't use the app

Dreadful interface design. No links to information. Only has links to videos. Will go back to searching the internet for written information. I had hoped this would be useful but it is something I really will not use.

Won't let me sign up and front screen freezes. Cannot access. Update: As per reply from developer, uninstalled then reinstalled the app and its now working. Thanks
