I love product... The idea of boosting my heating from my phone is just brilliant... I am not a tech person so was weary... I read comments about the app being dated. I guess it might be but it's so easy to use! Which suits me! I'm going to order one for my mom as soon as this lockdown is over.

Very poor and synching with the control unit in my house. Often shows the incorrect status or spend forever trying to get the status. Almost any time you apply boost and it doesn't show that the zone has been activated when in fact it has. Pretty useless really as it has a very simple job to do and it's a fairly straightforward app to develop.

App needs an update. A few times a week I log in and my set temperature has jumped up to 28 degrees after being logged out which does not correspond to the temp I have set on the device itself. Also there needs to be an option built in to turn on heating if the thermostat drops to a pre set temp by the user. Example is if you want heating to kick in if the room drops to 18 degrees and turn off again like it normally does at the set temp of say 21 degrees.

Absolutely shocking that the app is only free to use for one year. They start charging an annual free from the second year without even providing any new service! It makes no sense to pay a fee for a temperature control system after already spending money buying the system. Go with Nest! Don't consider Climote. Complete sham.

Would like to see Climote work with Home assistants such as Google Home / Alexa etc like Nest and Hive do... Also a function to keep the temperature regulated as opposed to just timed would be a great offering. Regards the app though, works for me 99% of the time and does what it claims to do, so I'm happy enough with that.
