The meal plan is a good idea but needs a link to the ingredients and/or recipe guide. The List of foods to avoid isn't detailed enough.

Basic app with less than basic diet plan. There are no recipies to go with the meals. It has the EXACT same meal plan found in other apps. Is that all a GERD sufferer is allow???

After opening the app I went and checked the foods to avoid list. Immediately I noticed that some very common foods to avoid were not listed.
