Does this app even work? Trying to upload anything has been a nightmare. I guess to get a decent ID photo, you need the perfect lighting at the right time of day, at the right angle. Basically this app is BROKEN. It can't even find my Covid-19 vaccination information from CVS. Do yourself a favor a delete this garbage. It is a good thing that the app is free, I wouldn't pay one cent for it. The only reason it got one star, was that the app downloaded onto my phone and it opened.

The app does not work for changing information except the email and password. Good luck trying to modify anything in this app. Of course if you want to call and wait on the line to nowhere just give them a call, or text them I did waited for 2 and a half days and never got a response, probably still is open

The APP is okay but the biggest issue is it says you can contact them, but no response even as a paying member. There's no online chat feature, but the hours show their open. No one answers the phone, or responds to text, or email.

I have a Google Pixel 4A 5G. Not rooted or anything. The app, which a convention I'm attending requires for Health/vaccine purposes, allows the camera to work to scan my ID, but when I move to the next step to take my personal photo, the screen is black except the white photo box outline. It times out after a while. There's no way to skip this step. I emailed support and got no response.

Minor additions and scanning qr was much much difficult in this App and QR scanning was giving error but it had completed scan. We tried to add our daughter but we couldn't add here. Took 25+ mins to add each, for our minor daughter eventually we used other app.

Horrible. I can login to account on website fine but the app keeps saying "oops somethings not right try again later." I cleared cache, data, uninstalled, rebooted & reinstalled. Still getting the same message. Useless to me and we paid for the plus membership.
