This app was extremely helpful when it was actually working, but now since we have new ticket machines in cairns, the buses no longer show up on the map, therefore making this app now completely useless. When is the app going to be fixed to start showing the buses on the map again, because there is nothing worse then waiting for a bus and having no idea whether or not it is late, or you have already missed it, or it has just simply broken down. A fast response to this review would be greatly appreciated.

Does not navigate at all. Go back to Web based. Missed bus and lost job thanks to this.

For a month i havent been able to get a time table. When i choose a bus number the app takes me to an error page. Before this it been ok.

A tracking app that does nothing... this app is cumbersome and clunky. There should be some sort of link to my GPS to know where I am so I can look at those buses near me. No instead I have to find my location on the map myself and then look at where the nearest buses might be. Was this app made for phones?? As it appears to be a PC app just reduced... anyway found 2 buses near me, selected the buses only to be told that they are not in Service.. I don't remember hearing about any bus strikes. ??? The app should actually have a real time functionality that allows the user to enter the route number and actually track the buses. Isn't the app call Sunbus Tracker???. If the GPS are turned off get them turned on if you are going to promote this app...or even have it available on the play store. Ridiculous app in a tourist town and I am a local and am very embarrassed by this offering.

This app has not been working for the past month. I rely on buses to get to and from places and they are always late and I am unable to check the bus tracker as the app is not showing any buses at all. Please fix it

App should be removed from store.Does nothing. The route calculator opens maps pages and shows train stops, just what every bus app needs!!! Use the website instead.
