Using BlueStacks

Tried to pay my water bill. It showed one amount on the summary screen, then when I went to the screen to actually pay the bill it showed a whole different amount that was more than $13 higher. Also tried to register for notifications and it will just reset with no explanation as to why it didn't go through. I will just stick to calling and paying over the phone.

Stupid! Doesn't allow you to pay your water bill it just redirects you to a website. Waste of my time city of mesquite.
