Seems like it is still in beta form. Clicking on some of the icons crashes the program. Other icons are very sluggish to open or the whole program freezes and I have to force close app. The icon that crashes all the time is jobs section. I tried to sign into the app and it took about five mins of displaying loading before I gave up and canceled. It has bugs and will eventually get resolved. This will be a great asset to Humboldt County once stable. I tried to email the dev with no reply.

This app is awesome. Now I can get to the county menu right from my smartphone. This definitely makes things like online payments, applications, and information look-up more accessible. It's nice to finally see the current technologies being deployed by Humboldt's agencies.
