Drivers accept jobs and either don't make an attempt to come to you and cancel jobs which charges your account. Not to mention getting charged twice today for the same ride being cancelled. Joke of an app and no way to question it.

Full of disappointments 1. There is no referral reward, but it is branded and bragged about. 2. If you apply coupon code the prices are hiked and then you get a discount, you end up paying somewhat the same hiked price, bad tactics. 3. The most important, since they are aware of the mistakes and people getting annoyed of it, unfortunately no where in the app is there a way to contact them to complain them. Looking forward to see a response here atleast.

I have been faced with many bad incidents using this app. driver is shown on map to be taking like 5 minutes, whereas I have to wait for over 15 minutes. Today, I booked like 3 times and every time a captain accepts my order, he calls then cancel the ride when he doesn't like my location probably. Also, they take longer routes or notify me they have have arrived way before they actually do in order to charge me more... I used to be a regular client but not anymore I guess...

Very bad experience, I've requested a ride and the driver assigned to my ride still in his place for more than 20 minutes and when I call him he speaks with a very bad way. Then he canceled the ride. The app assigned another driver and same problem the driver didn't move for a while. Then, I decided to cancel this ride and use another taxi app... Then GoCity app charged me for canceling the ride from my side!!!. What about the time I spent waiting for their drivers and the non-professional way.

Services not reliable at all. I placed a request for pickup from my home and drop off to the Airport. There is no way to contact Customer Service but i was able to find it out from Google. After continuous follow-up, the driver was supposed to call before pickup but 10mins before pickup time, the Ride Request placed by me was deleted from the scheduled rides. So save my time, i then had to call Careem and the car was at my home in few minutes.
