Worst place to buy furniture on rent. Late fees is almost equal to my rent. They say that 100rs late fee will be applied after due date in the app. Its been one day after due date and they charged me 300rs. I paid my basic bill amount one day after the due date later they took 300rs directly from my bank account. In this pandemic situation these guys are charging late fees almost equal to my actual rent. Furniture quality is also bad. #SHAMEONCITYFURNISH

Horrible customer service, overly complicated procedures when there are much easier sites/apps providing the same. Received an incomplete refund for an order cancelled prior to delivery scheduling and adds terms and details of additional charges post paying the deposit. P.s- Dont ask me to contact you, yall should probably reply to the mails you've already received.

I recently rented a double door fridge..they made it delivered within 3 days including weekends. That also includes kyc verification and delivery. Quick response and hassle free delivery is all what I got. Highly recommended

Horrible experience.. We already paid nearly 12500 online... Their delivery was delayed... In addition they forgot to bring on item.. When we tried calling customer care, they just stopped picking our calls..

Its a Fraud. If you are getting product on some other website I'll highly recommend that even if you have to pay 50-100 extra. There is always some glitch in their App. Poor customer service. Poor Management. They took security deposit for the product and refused to refund the amount and said that you have returned the product before selected tenure( Correct tenure was selected but their app is just mind-blowing select all by itself).

My experience was quite bad as I felt helpless cause neither their customer care is going through or I'm getting any replies on the mail and whatsapp.. I've already paid for my furniture and they said on the app that it will take 2-3 days and it still hasn't arrived.. Nor have I got any reply from them.
