Submitting reports sometimes fails. Reports submitted go unanswered, so you don't know if a problem has been seen, addressed, or resolved. There should be a "report to police"option for non-emergency issues. The section on elected officials is a little self aggrandising. The mayor's number in an app doesn't help resolve issues as the app is meant to be used (on-the-fly), functions within the app should be pertinent and easy for the user.

Worked a few times but now just hangs indefinitely when trying to report an issue. Uninstalled and reinstalled with same issue.

Apps does work. Content is very useful to a citizen. I would like to see a way to see live feeds such as resolved issues, crimes, construction work, etc. Maybe a live forum for citizens to connect on issues???
