Middle of the road, so far. Difficult to register a new watch (my first, perhaps I'm just new). Photo of your watch registration didnt work for my old eyes, and trying to read a tiny serial number was also just as trying.

This app doesn't work at all. There is no barcode anywhere on the box. Took numerous pictures of tag connected to the watch and still wouldn't recognize it.

First time i used this everything went well to register my watch except for when i tried to upload a picture of my receipt, it was stuck on 'Citizen Loading" screen for over 5 minutes.
