This app doesn't let you cancel your order through the app! On my first attempt to order groceries, I ordered 1,454.25 worth of groceries and only 391.25 worth of groceries came! I still haven't heard how they're going to return my money! And this app only accepts card transactions, and upon linking my card, it already billed 10 pesos! I tried to order a new one and it still wasn't accepted by the grocery until now, and I can't cancel it again, but already billed 1,055 on my account!

Totally scam. Ordered my food 12am. No response, no cancel button on app. Then a rider messaged me at 11:14am. Said that he already picked up the food. Its almost 12 hours! And i cant cancel my order because the numbers on their app was not working, and there is no cancel button on the app. THIS SERVICE IS A SCAM!

This is a one of a kind user app for numerous services from A to Z. Whether u wanted to book a taxi ride, motor ride, parcel and food deliveries. Not only that even other services like medical, beauty, baby sitting, plumbing, towing, tutoring, and even massage service...you name it. It's an ALL-IN- ONE kind of user app. PS.. Drivers and riders are very cautious, disciplined, and courteous too. Two thumbs up guys!

This app is not helpful like Grab, I order for past food at 4:15 and at 5:15 the delivery driver accept the order from the restaurant and it ends there. There is no cancel button, no option to contact the delivery driver and the restaurant itself. The food was delivered in the morning on the next day so wth we order past food for our afternoon snack but the food was delivered in the next day morning and also the delivery driver looks like no idea. I will uninstall this app now! Not recommendable

We can't cancel our order the hotline for cancellation don't respond. We almost had a fight with one of your drivers since he insist that we don't try to cancel our order. FIX YOUR APP!
