This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Sky CareConnect on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

About this app

Leaving the hospital doesn’t have to mean you’re cut off from the doctor.

Sky CareConnect gives you free access to your ER doctors for up to 7 days after going home from the hospital. Now you can text, share images, even video chat questions related to your recent hospital visit to EMA physicians without leaving your home.

Doctors are available 9am-9pm Eastern Time, 365 days a year, and respond to your questions in under five minutes.

Doctors staffing Sky CareConnect can answer questions, recommend the most appropriate point of care if you need additional in-person treatment (so you don’t have to return to the hospital if it isn’t necessary), even write a prescription if the situation calls for it.
