You want to experience a nice time with your family, your friends or your colleagues, discovering some beautiful spots in our small town ? Come and test our walking games « The Stone in the Ardenne », based on the themes of legends and stones.
La Roche-en-Ardenne is a French-speaking city located in the heart of the Ardenne in the province of Luxemburg.
Discover its history and stony monuments solving riddles and go for an enchanted walk in our charming little city, leaving the lead to our legendary ghost, Berthe.
How ?
Once you’ve downloaded the application « Ma Rando », create an account (or open the existing account if you’re already a user) and join the tour « La Pierre- en- Ardenne » of your choice. You can then turn off your 4G and your GPS will guide you.
3 walks (11, 8 and 2,6 kms), one of which is open to disabled people, are available at the Tourist Information Center « Cœur de l’Ardenne, au fil de l’Ourthe et de l’Aisne » (the Heart of the Ardenne, along the Ourthe and the Aisne), starting point and return spot of all the walks (Place du Marché 15, 6980 La Roche-en-Ardenne).
To help you solve all the riddles, get the brochure linked to your chosen walk at the Tourist Information Center and start the game thanks to the entertaining app which allows you to play in real time and to know where you are on the map thanks to the GPS function on your phone.
What’s the goal ? Pick up as many ghosts as possible because once you’ve finished the walk, the latter will be counted at the TIC. Thanks to them, you’ll benefit from discounts in the participating shops and you’ll be able to discover our typical food and drinks.
Easy and funny, the adults and the children will be guided all along that story to visit the place in a different way.
