PVR never works, super disappointing, worst app.

App works well, you'll need a subscription with a partner ISP for this service to work. If CTV channel is missing, it means you've been roaming too much (licensing restrictions) and need to run off your home network to reset the channels

Garbage. Went through all the steps of setting up and verifying through email. Go to log in and says I am not allowed to because I'm out of the area..

Limited access to viewing from your home. The other guys also offer roku apps while cypher is actually offering less and less. The hardware is the weakest link and you need it for the free option. Company really needs to start looking forward instead of backwards. I'd be perfectly happy having to buy the box if it would act as an iptv provider for my other stuff like plex, but as it is, since they removed the ability to watch while traveling I find myself almost never using the service. What is the point in offering a mobile app that can't be used while mobile.
