error 2 unable to sign in. always something with this app. works maybe 50% of the time with frequent periods where the app doesn't work. I'm not sure if this is an android version problem as I haven't been able to log into the app for 2 weeks here but I was able to log in on my wife's iPhone after installing. tried reinstalling on my phone and still unable to log in.

Take the hint. 11 reviews gave 5 stars and how many 1 stars is there?? This has been one of the most ridiculous experiences. Registering an account has been more difficult than it was to cancel my AOL subscription! Broken links, activation codes that don't work...No direct customer support! Seriously get it together!!! I'd like to give this a good review and take advantage of the discount. Seriously $4+ is a joke for tolls. I'm almost starting to believe this isn't even a real service.

BAD User Experience - Poor Design - First off, why is this not integrated into the NTTA Toll Tag app? Second, why can you not copy/paste or import the activation code into the app? Third, why could my account "not be activated" - repeatedly? What is this mysterious Error Code 6 that is repeatedly keeping me from completing registration? Fourth, what idiot determined that the only way to qualify for HOV discounts is to register 15 minutes ahead of time? The whole point is to reduce congestion - make it simple and encourage people to use HOV. And finally, why in the world force people to USE THEIR CELL PHONE TO REGISTER FOR HOV LANES WHEN THEY MAY BE DRIVING? Texas, we expect better from you. As usual, the highway system disappoints.

Not working anymore, crashing when try to add new vehicle or submit schedule. Please fix asap. Whole thing kind of sketchy to have to do this to get discount but if doesn't work you're out of luck. No options for teaching anyone from the App. Have to email support and wait . when it was working, it was ok. A little difficult to learn how to navigate app at first .

I was able to sign in register my vehicle then when I tried to activate the account through my phone or email the activation link wouldn't work even if I tried to reset my password then try the activation reset option it never worked. They need to fix this. It's almost like they don't want you registering so they can charge you full price.

I think this app worked once since I installed it. it is absolutely terrible. It gives error codes when I try to start a HOV session and when I try to add a new vehicle. Completely useless... I guess they made it this way on purpose so they could make more money on the tolls! BRILLIANT.
