works great but app design is terrible. captures analytics but visual display is horrible. can barely visualize temp and rh trends. appliance can set temp to the .1 decimal yet app won't let you.

Just purchased the excel 3.0 yesterday. App is hard to connect to an use. The humidity is finally reading right in the app but the temp is way off. Theres no link to technical support in the app which is disappointing. I was also suppose to get 30days free but it charged me $4.99 instead so not happy. Boveda app is free so not sure why this is $4.99 a month

Plus 3.0 is great. App is good but could be better, needs to show more data per min rather than per hour. App should not require subscription as unit is not cheap and already paid for.

Jan 4 update: Publisher removed the login pop-up that basically said "our product has problems but at least we know so so please excuse us while we work through them." But they keep the ridiculous subscription charge while they sort out their issues? I've spent $300 in product and now am being asked to pay more as a test mule. Cigar Oasis, you're not leaving me a choice but to return your product, because I'm not going to pay to find out if you fixed it or not. I can't be alone in this scenario.
