Not much better than built in wifi control/app and doesn't appear to have option to enable/disable eco mode. If you already have wifi connectivity to you mini split, you're not missing much. Would be nice to see option to set lower and upper temperatures as a trigger for heat or AC AND humidity to enable dry mode if the temps are good but humidity is high

Horrible equipment. Once linked to my daughter's A/C unit it would turn her TV on. Don't waste your money, like I did.

Great Idea but needs lot improvement! I love the idea. I will give five star when software is updated. The Cielo Breez Plus has thermometer, humidity, IR and internet connection capability, has almost everything needed. However the software needs huge improvement. I am in Oklahoma and during Spring & Fall I have to set late night heat and by noon to cool, temperature varies greatly. I have asked the Cielo CS to improve following by email. The Ceilo should be able to send command to set heat, fan/off, cool based on the temperature, plus monitor Away or Home (Geofence) status and adjust high/low, that is the real Comfy. Mostly works. Doesn't show room or outdoor temperature and the swing control doesn't work. crashes on open. Latest revision keeps telling me that I'm not connected to the internet. I have to kill it and restart it to work. 3/21 has been working pretty well for the past year. Location control doesn't work. 4/23/21 Generally works well, location control still doesn't work. Would really like to see indoor and outdoor temperature in the app.

Great energy saving devices! Software developer here. I'll keep loving but Cielo app and device devs need to work together more. Room temps don't update unless I swipe close and reopen the app! 😖 More frustrating, Pioneer mini splits, most times I need to issue same code twice before received by head. It's not the IR line of sight. Maybe a server-client network issue so I'll share some blame. Amazing scheduling. Keep up good work.

Slow app, Thermostat takes nearly a minute to respond to any touch controls. Wifi works only half the time. Support was useless, they refused to add support for my remote. Auto function fails, can't change temperature in Auto, sets itself to 60 degrees, false advertising on a broken feature. Every update seems to break it more, old app was halfway decent, new app is bad. Terrible hardware, terrible software, terrible support, terrible company. Regret purchase. Stay far away from these guys.
