Hangs with spinning circle every time as soon as it connects to my ATSC PadTV Tuner HD810 on my new Samsung A505U with Android 9. Works acceptably on my old Samsung J36V with Android 6. Looks like an updated version is necessary for Android 9 and beyond, but can't find one or alternate Android App that will work with my device. No clue if it works on Android 7 or 8. Apparently ok if you have 6. Very frustrated that I can no longer use my device on my new phone.

This software only works with specific hardware type of phone or tablet cheap phones won't work. Works on android 6 marshmellow. Many of the bad reviews are using hardware phone or tablet that is not fast enough to run software or has no atsc tuner. It works with 2 mb ram and should work. I tested on 3 phones lg doesn't work and cheap tablet doesn't work, but works in newer phones with 2 ram fast cpu and graphics card. Requires a atsc tuner mini usb dongle for antennae and tuning.

Purchased microusb tuner off of aliexpress and scanned code for this app as required for install. With android 8.1 on my android stereo this would crash when attempting to scan for channels. This app needs to be updated to work. As is my astc tuner requires this app which doesn't work, so DTV tunnel is useless. There is another app called ASTC that has a newer version but would not recognise my microusb hardware

This app does work pretty good but not with all android devices, also something that could be improved is to have a record setting where u can set it to save your recorded stuff into either internal or to sd card of your device. I also have a problem with the captions can't turn them of either.

sucks! Says it works on 4.1. I have 4.2.2... no go! 5.0 ... no go... smartphone 5.1.1... no go!!!
