My S20 5g phone does not show it is installed, when I want to use it I have to go to Google play store to open it. What's up with that.

If companies wants to track their loads, the it means they can't trust 90% of truck drivers. I dislike that it keeps asking me to update the tracking to permanent... only myself and my own dispatcher should know where the load are... no else should know... tracking a load means the company plans to steal it's own loads.

Up until about a month or two ago, there were no issues with the app. Now, however, there are a couple of issues.. On the "On way to pickup" screen, when you tap the button, the button does not change to "Mark as arrived". I literally have to go into settings->Apps and go into the Navisphere Driver app to clear the cache in order to get the "Mark as Arrived" screen. Then, when going through the other status updates, I get the "Status Update Failed" message. I have a Galaxy S9,Android version 10
