1) Can't enter an address ("can't load search results" error). 2) There's no way to delete a stored payment method. 3) Can't add a new payment method ("error occurred while communicating with server"). 4) Android Pay button doesn't do anything. 5) It incorrectly says my promo code (from mailed coupon) is invalid. All of these issues make it difficult/impossible to order and are causing your restaurant to repeatedly lose business!

Wouldn't load - just sat and spun. Finally found a contact for restaurant who told me to try it with wifi off (?!?!). Finally got to order with slow response time. Went to put in my coupon code and it wouldn't register I'd input any code even though it was fully visible in box. Retried and back to spinning and not loading.

In store, they have cards advertising ordering with the app. It says to use promo code AWESOME to get $5 off of uput first order on the app. It neither provides an opportunity to use a promo code. nor does it recognize this as my first time using the app, so I did not get $5 off. The staff could not help. Next, I wanted to add an extra side of noodles into my pad thai, and it is not an option under Extras; although some other items are listed twice. It does not seem to be well thought out.

Garbage, it doesn't let you even put in a new address, the screen comes up, but you cant type in it.
