This is aggravating. This is my local BBQ place, I tell everyone that I know it is the best BBQ place in Charlotte. Not just because of the food but also the experience is exactly what you want; a small town restaurant where you feel a connection with the people. Instead, now I'm ordering BBQ like I'm getting a domino's pizza. My mother tried to call and they told her to use the app to order online. You're talking to a customer.... Take the order now. Let's hope the food doesn't change, as that would be heartbreaking. Not everything needs to have an app, even if you think it will make things easier.
