doesn't work as intended for Android, keeps crashing when i try to pay by card and only accepts Android pay

I placed an order for pickup. When I got there they said they ran out of the sandwich I ordered and paid for so all I got was my side dish and a coffee. I should have been contacted or had an option for a substitute or order cancellation.
