The app keeps closing out when trying to pay for my order super annoying

This place starts expensive and the nickel and dimes you from there. I use the app on my way in to work so I can pick up breakfast and go. I always order an omelet ($7+) with a small side of pico. Suddenly, I can no longer get pico aside didn't pay for it. I have never been charged for pico or salsa and it is not even in the app to add as a changed item. I stopped eating my lunch there due to inconsistency in pricing and portion. Now I guess breakfast is off the list.
