Worst delivery service ever. The app said my food was delivered and I called the restaurant - it was never even picked up. After waiting for the text support chat to respond for over 15 minutes, I spent 15 minutes on hold with ChowNow - once they finally answered, they couldn't give me a refund. I checked my credit card statement and was charged for the order (which included a delivery fee) as well as an additional GrubHub charge. Do not use this company.

It's a really good app other than the fact I've only been able to order 1 time from my favorite poke place (without the insane upcharges as DoorDash and more money to the business) but every single time after that whenever I go to pay it just sits there doesn't go through, even if I have money in my account. I haven't been able to order it through the app for the past month and it's more convenient than going in sometimes.

Toit suite has the best fried chicken sandwich I've ever put in my mouth! Brookie and other house made desserts will knock your socks off too!

Order was not correct. Lied and told me the restraunt had closed for the night instead of making it right. Possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The cherry on top was that after they did me dirty, they offered a $5 coupon on a future order. As if.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Ordered food for next day pick up. The app when confirmed it changed it to a tonight pick up. Contacted their help link immediately. They said give them 5 minutes to contact restaurant. They took more than 10 minutes to reach out by the time they contacted restaurant the food was already being prepared so it could not be corrected. Now driving 40 minutes to pick up a $137.00 order we now will have to store and also try to reheat for our event tomorrow afternoon. Despicable
