This app never works. It is always glitching and won't load.

The app works fine. The problem is how they execute the order... They receive the order in the store but don't start making the food until you arrive, regardless of the time is states it will be ready. Even though its pre-paid. I use the app a lot, so its not a fluke. I wish they would change this practice and just have the food ready when it says it will be or tell you they will make the food upon arrival. Otherwise, food and service at Chando's is great.

There is no point to order online if you still have to wait an extra 20 min.

The app is missing items for the menu and some appear and disappear like the nachos or the chandos papas. Other than that the problems that occur this app is useful if you do like waiting in like at Chandos Tacos
