Your address field is completely disable. user can't enter address( presumably it supposed to be entered and based on an address the app would show what are the closest locations). Some

This app requires permissions to track phone, have access to Facebook and Google accounts, read your phone and IMEI number, stay active while phone is locked. If bigger companies get hacked every day, I have big doubts that this app asking for way more than it actually needs to work will be careful with your data.
