The app is absolutely terrible. The organization of the menus are super confusing, and often incorrect. It makes it impossible to order certain dishes from restaurants (like curry from Tulsi). It's clear that they either incorrectly copied and pasted menus, or have an automated script that isn't working right. The delivery times and prices themselves are totally fine.

Good concept, but the creators/owners don't see to know how their app actually works in some instances. I had an order that came to me incorrectly - simple pizza w toppings. I called the store and they said they were order was X but it was actually Y. I was given a cell phone number to call chop chop contact. Guy confirmed the issue, i was told to order again and he would refund one of the orders. Months later, reached out to multiple contacts, still no refund. Awful - lied to basically.

Awesome selection of restaurants around Richmond. Delivery is fast and it's a better deal than every single other food delivery app I've tried. Someone finally did it right... nice job

Always down to support an Uber Eats competitor...

I am rating 1 star because it doesn't deserve a perfect 5 stars
