This App used to be simple, now I can't process gift card purchases with points. Can't even log in, always had my password saved for simple use of the app. Had to change my password after updating app, that worked once, but could not purchase any gift cards. Now I can't open the app again, so I can't even book a room. This app went from being easy to use to absolutely terrible....garbage app! Very discusting!

I used to use this app all the time. Ever since having to switch to using my email address to login instead of a username, I have been unable to login with the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I called customer support and they told me to change to a different email address - which got the same error. Very frustrated with this.

I reserved a room but there is no option to allow another guest (my partner) to checkin. So I didn't earn any points when she checked into the room. The stay was removed from the app after the stay concluded. All other apps allow me to add a checkin person and I get credit for the room as long as I am there. No matter who's credit card is used.

I am unable to add Alaska airlines under my extra rewards or loyalty program. I even tried the website. There is literally no form with customer service for general questions or help; tried calling customer service and it is a waste of time as they say to try online or use the app. When I provide app feed back with a screen capture of the error ( I did this multiple times ) I get a standard: update to the latest ( I check daily ) or re-install. was excited about choice rewards, but no more!

Look, there's not much to hate when it comes to choice hotels. I love the staff at most locations I've been to and I'm a regular at a couple locations as well, the employees treat me like family and make sure my stay is more comfortable. The only complaint I really have is the communication between the hotels, choice, and the customer, meaning the deals bonuses and rewards are sometimes unclear and not what they seem. Other than that they're great

Wonderful & easy to navigate app that you can find rooms to stay for cheaper than any other app or if you were to just walk in someplace. Also you will accumulate points w/every stay that you can use to book free nights.. my favorite part! It doesn't take long & next thing you know your booking a free room thanks to being a Choice member! Not only that, this app has amazing promos to choose from like gift cards to almost anywhere Choice will keep you and your family coming back for more stays!
