I was apprehensive because of multiple negative reviews. However, the download of the app was easy. You then have to register your account, along with payment information ahead of time. Once you are signed up, you have to log in at your appointment time. The doctor joins within minutes. I was surprised at the thoroughness, yet efficiency of taking my medical history. The entire session lasted about 10 minutes, which was plenty of time for questions from both sides.

I receive an email to confirm my appointment. I log in with my email and it says I need an authentication code. I request the authentication code to be sent to my email and the email never comes. I tried calling the support line and received a voicemail telling me to email them. After a half hour I still don't have an authentication code. customer service is not very helpful in this emailing me my authentication code.
